Hi, I'm Delaney Blain! I am passionate about helping others live their best lives and build wealth through real estate, whether that is buying, selling or investing.

I love the beach, the friendly people, and the southern hospitality of the Gulf Shores area. I enjoy biking on the trails in Gulf State Park and cherish the beautiful blue skies and white sandy beaches.

Married to my best friend Scott for 22 years, I am a proud mom of two boys, Kaleb and Koben, and three dogs, Ziggy, Marley, and Lulu. I enjoy biking, swimming in the Gulf, and spending time with friends. With a background in fitness, I continue to teach fitness classes at the Gulf Shores Recreation Department.  I am also actively involved in my church, where I play piano and lead a group for moms, fostering community and support.

Originally from Nashville, TN, I have lived in various places, including Dresden, Germany, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Carlsbad, California, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and Sahuarita, Arizona. My family and I moved to Gulf Shores in 2019, finding it to be the perfect place to raise our family and enjoy the beach lifestyle. Gulf Shores felt like home from the start, and our love for the area continues to grow.
